Landed Safely

So, here is my first blog of many that will come from my travels--at least for this trip. haha

Anyways, I am safely in Redmond, WA, the state of never ending rain and 55 degree weather in the middle of June. Alright, it isn't raining as of yet, but there are clouds!

This really is a beautiful state, it's nice to see mountains and green foliage that one would never find in FL. It's my type of state - "why?" you may ask, well upon exiting the plane I've noticed an abundant amount of people wearing plaid......yes, I like this state for the amount of plaid wearers! lol

You can already tell that the people are a million times nicer too, but then again, I live in FL so everyone is usually a million times nicer.

Alrighty, about the flights. The one flying out of FLL was the definitely the worse of the two. It was delayed for about an hour and 15 mins due to rain, and when you're not allowed to get out of your seat and you realllly have to go to the bathroom, well, that can be a problem. It was around a 4 hour flight, but add the extra hour of sitting around and trying to take off-- it was pretty obnoxious. Not to mention my dinner consisted of a copious amount of peanuts and pretzels.

Once I landed in Phoenix things turned out better, it was nice to see the red mountains again, I find them to be extremely beautiful.

My lay over of 4 hours turned out to be 2 and it was nice just to walk around and not sit. I went to one of those airport restaurants since I wasn't really hungry for Wendys, and I decided against Yoshi's Asian Cuisine since I'll be having a copious amount of that when I get into China. I had a light salad with a diet coke and browsed the internet for about an hour before I went to my gate

Anyways, I'm not going to babble on about what I did on the plane because it just consisted of me trying to find a comfortable position to fall asleep, but the point is I got in safely, and I would describe to you the scenery of this beautiful state, but I'm not much of a writer, and I'll just load pictures up later instead.
